2010
Mr. William and partners started Howard Alloy Inc. with a market focus on tungsten wear parts, hard-facing powders, and thermal spray powders for the North American oil and gas industry. In addition to offering standard market grades, the company provides customized powder solutions tailored to meet specific project requirements.
2018
Howard Alloy Inc. expanded its product offerings to include wear resistance coated parts and tungsten carbide brazed cutting tools for the plastic, forestry, and recycling industries. The introduction of surface-treated inserts significantly improved bonding with substrates and increased cutting efficiency.
2022
Howard Alloy Inc broadened its services to include a tolling business. In collaboration with strategic partners, the company converts tungsten sludges and catalyst scrap into tungsten oxide. This process not only reduces industrial waste and supports environmental sustainability but also provides cost-effective solutions for converting tungsten waste into usable raw materials.
